Ask a question about this product

Whether we are solving a complicated problem in sciences or languages, in codes or in ciphers, the basic principles of finding the way through a labyrinth are relevant to it.  Labyrinths sometimes have romantic associations where the most beautiful girl in the village is placed at the centre and the young men who want her as a bride have to make their way faultlessly through the labyrinth designed to deter any but the bravest and boldest.  Other labyrinths have a deep religious meaning and the complicated steps represent stages of spiritual development.  Some labyyrinths are deadly -- like the one near Knossos that housed the dreaded Minotaur.
