Ask a question about this product

Born in 1809, Poe died a mere 40 years later in 1849, and his relatively short life was a dark and troubled one.  Theories have connected him with the murder of the beautiful young cigar girl Mary Roget.  In his story about her factually-based death, Poe leaves the readers to draw their own conclusions.  Was Poe himself the killer?  His weird story of the Tell-Tale Heart recorded here may reflect the disturbed mind of a murderer being driven by guilt to the point of confession.
